Tim outlined on how to sell in China. Also, he also shared his experiences gained during his practices. Tim provided practical tips to circumnavigate the most common mistakes made by foreigners starting businesses in China.
Tim is a practicing lawyer and partner of Sheng Heng Law Firm, a Chinese-German business law firm. He advises companies in the fields of corporate & commercial law, M&A, capital markets, and dispute resolution with a special focus on China-Germany business. Before joining Sheng Heng, Tim cut his teeth in large international as well as recognized medium-sized business law firms in Frankfurt and Singapore. He studied law in Mainz, Speyer, and London.
